George is a Canadian athlete and vegan. He played for the NHL. Being vegan has greatly affected his performance. George has been a long-time vegan, he went vegan back in 2009 almost a decade ago. He now owns his own restaurant, restaurant Délicieux Veg Fusion Café!

In this interview, George discusses veganism vs vegetarianism, his restaurant, and his experience being vegan. He’s a huge advocate for veganism and very passionate about it.
